SMS Program Description
Spark Management (Spark PM LLC) sends self-guided tour access codes by text message to prospective residents who request a self-guided tour at sgt.sparkmanage.com. Messages contain the unit number and the time-limited code needed to open the lockbox at the community.
How To Opt In
You consent to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box on the self-guided tour request form at sgt.sparkmanage.com and submitting the form. Consent is not a condition of renting an apartment or of any purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive one message per self-guided tour request.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Spark Management does not charge for these messages; any charges come from your mobile carrier.
How To Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
Help
Reply HELP to any message, email info@sparkmanage.com, or call your community’s leasing office.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
See our SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 09/17/2026 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in their provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
